I agree with the premise: English majors have a ton of creativity,
energy and talent -- and this translates into an ability to deal with
complex problems on the job.
I was an English major. Later in life, when people asked me what I did for a living, I'd say, "I don't know. I'm just smart and I figure things out."
Take note, employers. People with business degreesmight not be aren't creative.
